The Boulder County directory for 1928 (p. 62) lists Mrs. Nicketti B. Brant ( N.B. Brant Real Estate) residing at 721 9th St. The 1936 directory (p. 56) lists her as the widow of Wm. H. Brant; 721 9th St. was her real estate business address as well as her home. ...
